Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Times
We proudly ship to customers worldwide. After your order has been dispatched, international shipping typically takes 7–12 business days. While we work hard to meet these estimates, occasional delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather conditions may occur.
Estimated Total Delivery Times
From the time your order is placed to the time it arrives, you can generally expect delivery within 8–14 business days, which includes both processing and shipping time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active as it updates through the carrier's system.
